I am committed to helping every person achieve peace of mind, realise their full potential as well as living in vibrant health.

I have been involved in the field of Health and Personal Growth for the last 30 years.

Over time, I have developed expertise in a number of areas each one in its own right but interconnected at the same time to each other. I feel that the wide variety of my expertise helps me to give a holistic and unique service to my clients.

In 2000 I set up a school of Yoga and Meditation in North London, which I co-run with my daughter Sunnah. I also teach courses and run personally tailored retreats from my olive grove in Greece for individuals, couples and groups.

I run a successful life coaching practice both here and overseas working with individuals and organisations.

As a writer myself, I am particularly interested in supporting and inspiring other writers and run a coaching and literary assessment agency called Word Mentor.

In doing all the above I draw on my knowledge and experience as a homeopath. I have lectured around the world in hospitals, colleges and to health care professionals as well and am one of the pioneers in bringing Homeopathy into the field of Pregnancy and Birth.
